Richard Gerstein was born in 1923 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his B.B.A. in 1947 and his LL.B. in 1949 from the University of Miami. Mr. Gerstein was a partner in the Miami firm of Bailey, Gerstein, Rashkind & Dresnick.
