2000 Selig Goldin Honoree

Professor Eleazer was born in Springfield, Georgia, in 1932. He earned a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University in 1953, a J.D. from The George Washington University in 1967, and an LL.M. in Litigation from Emory University in 1987. Professor Eleazer served on the faculty of Stetson College of Law from 1980 to 1999.
