Prof. Charles W. Ehrhardt was born in Iowa in 1940. He graduated from Iowa State University in 1962 and University of Iowa in 1964. He began teaching at Florida State University in 1974 – present. His work on Florida Evidence has established him as one of the most highly respected scholars in the state.
